The accounting profession and its range of services can be broken down into two categories of accounting: Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting. 

Financial Accounting has to do with compliance and regulatory items such as paying taxes.  Financial Accounting reports to outside organizations such as lenders, tax authorities and regulators, it summarizes past or historical activities, has to be accurate, and must follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).  The cost of this kind of accounting should be kept to a very minimum.  We realize this and work to maintain efficiencies throughout our organization in order to pass on the savings.  A1 Acct. Inc's payroll and tax services are both affordable, and reliable. 

Managerial Accounting reports information to the insiders, mainly managers.  The information should assist with decision that affects future activities, should be timely, and does not need to be GAAP compliant.  These reasons have more to do with information relevancy than with information accuracy.
